Refund Policy

Product Inspection and Quality Assurance:

TOMEEM has a dedicated team for quality control and assurance that inspects goods before shipment. The company is committed to providing top-notch product quality.

Return or Exchange Process: Customers need to meet all return criteria and upload necessary documents and photos. Items must be returned in the original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure safety. After the return, customers will receive a confirmation email with refund details, and refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Order Cancellation and Fees:

If TOMEEM cannot ship within 7 business days, customers may request to cancel the order. A 10 shipping fee applies if an order is cancelled after it has been shipped. If the package is shipped but refused by the customer, the refund will deduct a £10 shipping fee. If the package is accepted but the customer wishes to return it, a 20 return label fee will be charged.

Refund Policy:

Non-defective products/no longer needed: Full refund within 30 days. Refunds between 30-80% after 30 days.

Defective products: Full refund within 30 days; refunds between 30-80% after 30 days.

Exchange Policy: Undamaged/unused products: Exchanges allowed within 30 days at no extra cost. Products with quality issues: Full or partial refunds within 30 days, replacement process starts the second business day after receiving the return.

Warranty Exclusions and Precautions: Natural degradation and damage from use are not covered under warranty. No compensation will be provided if the product is damaged/misused, resulting in a voided warranty.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Procedures: To initiate a return, exchange, or refund process, contact via email with the reason for return, product photos/videos, and order number.

After the product is returned, refund timing is up to 48 hours to a PayPal account and 7 to 14 business days to a credit card.

Other Considerations: An additional £20 reshipping fee is required for incorrect delivery addresses or refused packages with no quality issues. Accessory collections are not eligible for return or refund policies; once sold, they cannot be returned or refunded.
